ORDERS & PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and we cannot split payments between credit cards. All dollar amounts are in US currency. If you are ordering with an international credit card, the charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from the foreign currency to USD. Additionally, your bank may charge you an additional international transaction fee for these orders. For more information, please check with your respective bank. 

SHIPPING
It usually takes 3-5 business days for us to process the orders. US orders usually take between 5-14 business days to arrive. International orders take between 7-21 business days to arrive. Any orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will be their obligation to pay at time of delivery. Shipping costs paid for by the customer are nonrefundable. Mayzia partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and products. Before the order is shipped, the quality of the products would be carefully checked. 

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
Mayzia issues discount and promotional codes to our customers and prospective customers for which the duration of the promotion may be stated. Generally our discount or promotional codes will be active for an amount of time between one day and six months. Each order will be limited to one discount or promotional code. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any and all discount and promotional codes without prior notice. Follow us on social media to stay up to date with current promotions.
Items that are placed on clearance are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Email customer service at service@mayzia.com and include your:Order number & Return or exchange request with a picture of the product, if necessary.
Please return unused garments within FIFTEEN DAYS (15) upon receiving your items. 

REFUNDS
Claims for damages or faulty items or other situations in which you are unsatisfied with your purchase must be reported within 30 days from the order date to ensure proper credit. Please email your claim of refunds to service@mayzia.com and our customer service department will take care of you. When you see the credit on your statement depends on your own credit card company's policy.
