Returns and Exchanges
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buying items online may be a daunting task, but we will make sure there is absolutely 0 risk buying here. Your satisfaction and positive feedbacks are very important to us. Returns and exchanges:

Email customer service at email@example.com and include your：Order number & Return or exchange request with a picture of the product, if necessary.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the garments back to Mayzia for an exchange. Any exchange request must be for the same item (different size or color). Any exchange requests wanting a different item will receive store credit to put towards a new purchase. We will make the exchange upon arrival of your returned item and the exchanged item will be sent back to the customer with no additional shipping charges. Note that we cannot hold items for exchanges or guarantee an item to be in stock for the exchange.
Claims for damages or faulty items or other situations in which you are unsatisfied with your purchase must be reported within 30 days from the order date to ensure proper credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email your claim of refunds to firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service department will take care of you. If your refunds are approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
